A long time ago someone told me that I needed to learn to make my own happiness. I wish I could remember who had told me that but I don't. I remember that at the time I thought they were stupid. to be happy I needed to be having fun and laughing with friends or family. Over the years I have learned that I take happiness in many ways that when I was younger I never thought about. Happiness and contentment are great. I know longer rely on others for my happiness and find that often being by myself brings me the most.
I woke up yesterday with a headache. It stuck around almost all day. I did some yard work and walked to the grocery store for some buns. So I managed to get my steps in. I didn't do my workout. I will this morning after getting my youngest on her bus for school.

My Goals Update.
My annual Weight goal is to lose 52 pounds by July 1, 2023. - I was up this morning on the scales. Not going to freak out. Have noticed that I go up and down a lot. Over time I am trending down.
My Fitness goal is to get my step count to 10,000 steps a day by November 1, 2022 - made it way past my goal yesterday.
NO BS - Update
Plan for today has been made. Assessment for yesterday has been done. Got my water in. Had a big revelation about my water yesterday. I can add flavour to it and it still counts. (sugar free). Years ago on some diet that I tried someone told me that only plain water counted as actual water for hydrating. I have know for a long time that this was false but part of brain still held onto this thought. Yesterday it hot my like a ton of bricks that flavoured sugar free water does in fact count as water.
